Payment Information

Pay Extended Day Fees By Check or Cash

Checks may be made out to SPUSD Extended Day. Please indicate the following on the check:

Child's First and Last Name

School attending, example; (AV, MHS, Marengo, SPMS Tiger Club)

Full time or part time; (FT/PT)

Checks or cash may be dropped off at the District Office or with a staff member of Extended Day or KinderCare. Cash needs to be the exact amount as we do not carry change. If you pay Extended Day or KinderCare staff directly, they only accept checks. No cash will be accepted at school locations.

District office hours of operation are 8:00am to 4:30pm at 1100 El Centro Street South Pasadena, CA 91030.

Pay Extended Day Fees Using the Procare Mobile App

To pay your Extended Day fees using your credit card or debit card, simply download the Procare mobile app. Click here to access the app. Please make sure all of your information is updated before using Procare for any payments.
