E-Rate
What is E-Rate? E-Rate is a nickname for the School's and Libraries Program, which is a federal funding program that is based on Unduplicated Pupil Count. This program is administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). Eligible non-profit schools and libraries are able to request funding each year for telecommunication services, internet access, internal connections, and basic maintenance of internal connections.
