Facilities Use Request

UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, requests for use of facilities will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Facilities Use Application Process:
  1. Create an account and submit your application on the Civic Permits website.
  2. Upload BOTH a Certificate of Insurance that has South Pasadena Unified as Certificate Holder AND an Additional Insured Endorsement, naming South Pasadena USD, its Employees and School Board as Additional Insured.
  3. Submit payment of facilities use fee and applicable personnel change (Check or Money Order - ACH deposit now available, email contact below) 
Checks returned for insufficient funds and/or failure to pay as per the above are grounds to deny Facility User any future use of District facilities.
