UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, requests for use of facilities will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Facilities Use Application Process:
- Create an account and submit your application on the Civic Permits website.
- Upload BOTH a Certificate of Insurance that has South Pasadena Unified as Certificate Holder AND an Additional Insured Endorsement, naming South Pasadena USD, its Employees and School Board as Additional Insured.
- Submit payment of facilities use fee and applicable personnel change (Check or Money Order - ACH deposit now available, email contact below)
Checks returned for insufficient funds and/or failure to pay as per the above are grounds to deny Facility User any future use of District facilities.
