Congratulations to South Pasadena High School on being named a 2026-2027 Best High School in the United States by U.S. News & World Report. SPHS ranked #14 in the Los Angeles Metro area, #44 in California, #95 in STEM high schools, and #309 nationally.

The U.S. News Best High Schools rankings include data on more than 27,000 public high schools in 50 states and the District of Columbia. The rankings consider performance on state-required tests and Advanced Placement exams, graduation rates, and how well the schools prepare students for college.
