Winter Line is an ensemble of students playing battery and pit instruments that make up the percussion section of the marching band. On April 25, 2026, the SPHS Winter Line competed at the Winter Guard Association of Southern California (WGASC) Championships and finished in second place overall.

Congratulations to the students for their outstanding performance. Thank you to the SPHS Marching Band Director Walter Simonsen and Winter Line coaches, Michael Dow, Michael Jett Hall, Adrian Tamez, and Eric Tsang, for their work leading the students in pageantry arts.
