NOTICE: Destruction of SPED Documents

 

NOTICE: DESTRUCTION OF SPED RECORDS

 

If you or your child received Special Education (SPED) services from South Pasadena Unified School District (SPUSD) prior to July 2017, and you or your child is no longer enrolled in the District, your SPED records will be destroyed* on March 1, 2021.

 

If you would like to have copies of the contents of your or your child’s SPED file, you must submit a written request, postmarked no later than February 15, 2021.

Your written request must include:

 

• Name

• Date of Birth

• Date of Attendance

• Current Address

• Contact numbers

• Photocopy of Driver’s License, CA Identification card, or Similar Proof of Identity
